We truly enjoyed its super and amazing breakfasts!

Our room was compact and new-fashioned with a nice view towards the back garden. Had all necessary amenities, coffee/tea makers, multi-channel television, and a radio.

Fairly clean place with charming staff. Lovely hotel, 30 km from Bournemouth airport. Delightful and comfy room with lovely bed, excellent free WiFi and a lounge area.

I have stayed in the double room with central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a coffee maker.

There were lovely beds and free good WiFi and a lounge inside the room. The hotel had stunning and super location near the town center, the jurassic coast and Close to Durlston country park which is great for an early stroll to watch the amazing sunsets.

Charming old hotel with modest rooms and fabulous view over Swanage beach. Delicious and marvellous breakfast, a wide range of options available. Coffee/tea makers, multi-channel television, and a radio in the room and the very comfy bed. Really kind stuff at all times. Great and unbeatable location a super close walk to city centre. 30 km from Bournemouth airport.

Had central location to Swanage center. The stuff were charming and provided help. The room was comfortable, and we had a particularly good view of the sea.

I was offered a warm and good breakfast with organic products. The location was super, within short walking distance to old town. I tried some drinks at wine bar Tawny's Wine Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

Its location was marvellous, close to the town centre, and in a very very nice area. There was super breakfasts with excellent coffee and bacon and delicious flaky croissants.

All good — we truly enjoyed this lovely family run hotel — the food was savoury and the staff were delightfully helpful and very friendly. The location was strategic and convenient close to the town centre. Popped in Tawny's Wine Bar for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue. The room was a nice size and brand-new with beverages, a comfy bed, as for instance for a really enjoyable stay.

The location was stunning and super, we were just a walking distance from the heart of Swanage.

We had a wonderful stay at Limes Bed & Breakfast. The guest house is impeccably run and in a great location, close to both the town center and the beach. Sarah and Jason, our hosts, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with delicious breakfasts and suggesting walks and places to visit. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the honesty bar, which allowed us to help ourselves to a variety of hot and cold drinks, as well as beer, wine, and snacks. our holiday here was enjoyable, and we highly recommend a stay at Limes Bed & Breakfast.

The breakfast is hot and freshly prepared, with fresh fruit, excellent coffee plus sweet jam jars.

Overall the service was EXCELLENT.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.
